Free Private Manning!

It's surreal to see so little coverage in a case about the largest intelligence disclosure in U.S. history. It's not whistleblower Bradley Manning who should be in Court. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and the other warmongers should stand accused for war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes against peace and genocide.


Women prisoners have been subjected to torture by electrocution, beatings, and rape by the investigators during interrogation. They had also been raped by the police and by the officers escorting them during the transfer to the women's prison in Baghdad.

Torturer Lawsuits: Some Good News

Two lawsuits against private military contractors (PMCs) offer encouragement. Both were brought under the Alien Tort Statute (ATS). The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) filed them on behalf of tortured and abused plaintiffs.
