A statement issued by the Ministry of Higher Education in Iraq, and directed to all the universities and institutions in the country, giving the following orders;
In order to avoid any expected problems, and for more immunity, we reached to new decisions in the last conference held by the Opinion Commission on Thursday, September,13th,2012 and got the following results:
- Positions in the university presidential offices, commissions and deans will be available for male staff only, no more female staff assigned any more.
- An academic tutor is not allowed to get an office of his own in order not to meet students ( male and female) privately.
This stupid statement is signed by ( Dr.Jamal Abdulrasool Ghanim) – Technical Education Commission President.
