    In the frame of the upcoming 10th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq, the BRussells Tribunal decided to organize a prize: The BRussells Awards for Resistance and Solidarity


    Ayºe Berktay is a peace and human rights activist, a translator and a writer on feminism and politics, now in prison in Turkey. In order to supply information to people we compiled a biographical outline of Ayºe.


    Marking abandonment of the last shred of pretense of observing the rule of law, the Nobel Peace Prize winning European Union Foreign Ministers are to meet with the leader of the Syrian insurgency in Brussels on Monday 10th December.
