72% of women in Kirkuk are illiterates

According to a survey conducted by (Hiwa) organization for human rights, because of the continues wars, the rate of women illiterates in Kirkuk is very high which is expected to be (72%).

WFW-Kirkuk: According to a survey conducted by (Hiwa) organization for human rights, because of the continues wars, the rate of women illiterates in Kirkuk is very high which is expected to be (72%).

In a statement for Warvin director of (Hiwa) organization for human rights of Kirkuk branch (Srd Mohammed) said "According to the survey our organization conducted in Kirkuk (72%) of women and (25%) of men are illiterates".

She added "The reason behind this is social norms, the continues wars facing the city as well as the instability of security in the city".
