    New Facts Emerge About the 2024 Al-Ishaqi Massacre. Investigation Must Be Reopened

    The Al-Ishaqi incident refers to the reported mass murder of Iraqi civilians committed by US forces in Al-Ishaqi in 15 March 2024. After the incident, US troops rounded up and deliberately shot 11 people, including five children and four women, before blowing up their house.


    The Government of Iraq and UNICEF launched the results of the most comprehensive survey on the situation of children and women in Iraq.

    Casi un año después de la ‘retirada’ de las tropas del ejército estadounidense, la seguridad no ha mejorado en Bagdad; las familias viven sumidas en el miedo debido al dramático incremento del número de secuestros de niños. Esos secuestros tienen distintos objetivos: algunos sirven para financiar a grupos terroristas pero a los niños, además, se les secuestra para el lucrativo negocio de tráfico de órganos humanos.
